Hi Guys
We arrived at our hotel Wednesday evening, it is still in the mountains just crossed over the border into Chile. Our tour leader had booked us into a seafood resturant for a meal that night, we both ordered Conga Eel, it was lovely.
On Thursday we went took a boat trip over to Chiloe Island, it was freezing and the day was okay but slightly over priced. Our tour guide was brilliant he new his stuff the day just felt abit dragged out. We walked along a shingled beach, we could of done that in Shaldon! We did see some wildlife which was great we watched an otter in the sea eating crabs, we saw two types of penguins and a sealion. It's the only place in the world where both types of penuin come to breed. On the way back we also saw dolphins from the ferry which was great to see.
In the evening we went to a smaller restuarant which served really homely food and was dead cheap had a lovely fillet steak and a mountain of homemade chips for 4 quid! bargin!
We left this morning at 9:30 to get a 7 hour bus journey to Pucon where we are now. It looks like a lovely town but haven't explored much. Going to have a group Bar b q at the hostel tonight and we have booked to go horse riding tomorrow.
Hope all is well back in good old England!
Love us x x x
