Hi everyone,

So we arrived in L.A safe and sound, got to our hotel and dumped our luggage in the room before literally walking 2minutes down the road to Hollywood Boulevard, WOW.... It is so different to anywhere we have visited so far. So busy, so big and so welcoming. Check this, after checking out some of the stars on the walk of fame we found ourselves outside the famous Chinese Theatre. There was the premiere for Ironman and the red carpet was out and camera men everwhere. It was so exciting and we spotted Hugh Grant walking in. As we stood around for a few minutes hoping to spot more stars we were invited to watch the Jimmy Kimmel Show Live for free by a random tattooed guy, it's like an American version of Johnathan Ross. Me and Clare thought there was a catch, but there really wasn't, we were taken into the recording studio and were part of the audience on the live show, No S**t! It gets better though as the show began the warm up guy pointed out to the audience a famous guy known as Richard Gere, yeah he was only sitting on the front row of the audience. Clare wet her pants and I was gobsmacked and so jealous, he was looking good for an older guy girls. He was a stone throw away and I whispered to Clare I can piss on him from here. Jimmy Kimmel was well funny and we got to see famous actor Angie Hammond (from Women's Murder Club) in an interview with Jimmy. The icing on the cake was when we were taken outside to the back of the studio and were given free food and drink cooked by a famous chef (can't remeber who) and then got to watch Def Leppard Live. Clare wasn't to keen on the music but I thought they rocked!!!

Today we have been on an excursion around Hollywood Hills, Bel Air, Beverley Hills and Sunset Boulevard. We got to see the Hollywood sign, 45 Famous stars homes including, Britney Spears, Madonna, Jack Nickleson, Leonardo Di Caprio, Madonna, J-lo and epecially Justin Timberlake (when we pick the camper up I think Clare wants us to camp outside his gates). We also saw where they filmed the last scene in Pretty Woman and the famous Rodeo Drive, Fresh Prince of Bel Air house and police station in Beverley Hills Cop and much more.

We've just had lunch and were walking along the street and were given some new drink called Jolt, the guy interviewed us on camera asking us what we thought of the drink. We each got a t-shirt for our troubles.

Tonight we have booked up for the little Mermaid Musical in the local theatre. With this been Clares favourite Disney film she's really excited and can't wait to sing along.
