Saturday and Sunday This will be the last post of my blog for a few weeks due to the circumstances of change in travelling plans. Friday We woke up Friday and packed all our stuff up to move into a different hostel that had been pre-booked for the next two nights called, 'Hi-Ayutthaya Youth Hostel Place'. The hostel was in what felt like a safer location yet the facilities/rooms were again very basic do nothing to compliment. Wednesday and Thursday Waking up Wednesday, we all decided it was a good idea to have a relaxed pool day with some sorting out of accommodation for the next place we were visiting, and also booked a flight to south Thailand for around the same time as Nick was catching his flight home Sunday evening. Tuesday We awoke very excited to be going to the elephant rescue reserve. We'd picked a one-day pass to experience being among them and learning about the sanctuary. The bus picked us up at half 8 and we joined others who were all from Canada being; Linda (a lady travelling alone), and a couple, Veronica and Brian. Sunday and Monday With an early rise Sunday, we woke up to a very cold misty morning so wrapped up and headed on the bikes into town for some breakfast back at the Witching Well and then went onto find the hot springs to relax in. We drove to a great little spa-type place that was only 100 baht each for the whole day and went and relaxed in the warm bath-like waters. There's was a decent sized swimming pool there with good views and the sun had finally came out...
