We were invited to stay in Vina Del Mar by our friend Felipe who we met in Colombia. We ended up staying for 6 nights, we had such a great time. We were completely spoilt!! Felipe works for the Chilean Navy and as we arrived mid morning, he came to pick us up from the station fully suited in his white kit and hat! He had to go back to work for the rest of the day so just left us his keys and said to make ourselves at home. We were so shocked at the Chilean hospit...

Time to move on again, so we boarded another bus; this time for 22 hours…we were heading to Puerto Natales, the gateway to Torres Del Paine National Park. On a last minute change of heart we decided to shake up our travel route and spontaneously fly to Buenos Aires…why not!! I love the sense of freedom we have on this trip, we actually can just do what we want. We had been tempted by the thought of Creamfields festival in BA anyway, then we got invited to go for free and most of our favourite Djs were playing so we didn't want to turn the opportunity down…then I researched into the weather in southern Argenti...

First of all I can`t get over how safe I felt in Colombia, everyone hypes up its dangers and were shocked to hear Hayley and I were starting here but in all honestly we didn't feel threatened once. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the locals make a real effort, and the country is beautiful and has so much variety. I am so glad we chose to start in Colombia.
