Went to the CN tower today in Toronto. As we approached the building I was stunned at just how big the building is! It claims to be the tallest building in the world - I don't know how true that is as it was built a while ago now. It was pretty expensive to enter and I don't think it was worth the money, but it was an attraction that had to be done! There were two viewing levels and we paid for both. We were picked up by a mini van at 08:40 this morning to go on a day tour to Niagara Falls. The driver seemed to be a lovely guy and found out later that he used to live in the UK for a while, in St.Albans! After an hour of driving around Toronto city picking up the rest of the passengers at their hostels and hotels, we set off on the hour and a half journey to the falls. Visited the Textile museum today and managed to get in for a student rate so we paid $6 instead of $14!
