Woke this morning at 5am excited for the day ahead. Planned with Laura last night that we would wake with enough time prior to our 6.10am meeting time to get up and do a little straightening of our locks - it seems like weeks since I have had good/normal hair in photos and not had a bandana on, so the early rise was well worth it in my eyes. Camp was broken extra quick this morning as Ruth took a turn for the worst and we needed to get her back to a clinic. We hit the road at 7am and were at the clinic by 8am. Ruth spent till midday in the clinic getting more drugs administered by drip and having tests.
