Our 1st stop within the state of Victoria was Buchan, whilst enroute we got to see the 1st school ever attended in Victoria which had a massive 6 pupils when opened!! Here we stayed at the Tsarchen choe ling sakya international buddist academy (SIBA)... Was totally in the middle of nowhere & pitch black so once again I was a total girl & scared when had to walk to dinner etc. We had to eat vegetarian tonight as the monks are not allowed meat. After dinner was the chance to go & try out meditation, so Colette & me decided to go & have a nose. It was rather odd to be honest & mainly about everyone being so great & sharing the love... Without sounding disrespectful I have no idea how I didn't burst into fits of laughter during this. The lady was totally nuts & the way she spoke was hysterical, I'll explain more to u when see u incase I offend people ha ha. Anyways after meditation which I won't be doing again.. It was a lovely early night in a freezing cold room where I had to sleep in a hoody with the hood up to keep me warm. In the morning we visited the ancient Stony creek trestle bridge then had a quick stop off at a place called Lakes entrance, where there are black swans everywhere!! Lunch was at a winery which I'm proud to say I had no wine at all due to Kidneys ... however was v.hard fighting the temptation ha ha
