The intrepid explorers have returned from their three day, two nights (under canvas) expedition to Uluru. We have watched a magnificent sunset over Ayres Rock and seen the sun rise on Wednesday morning as we walked around the circumference of the rock. Today (Thursday) we walked/climbed Kings Canyon. It was an arduous start from the bottom of the canyon to the top, like scaling Mount Everest. However, we made it and then walked around the rim of the canyon for three and a half hours but it was well worth it. Keith has blisters on his blisters. We have been up at 4.45am for the last three mornings and they call it a holiday.

Tomorrow we fly to Perth in Western Australia.
