Red Wine River Valley

Laura, Gail, Neil and I had decided to cook a curry together so bought the ingredients. River Valley was a lodge in the middle of nowhere by a river surrounded by mountains, it was beautiful. There was a huge log fire in the middle of the room. Neil and I had decided not to go white water rafting to save money but get a private, which was the best decision as our bed was so cosy. We were also informed that the electric wasn't working so we signed up for the $15 roast.

While the others went white water rafting we explored the area. Went on the pulley that pulls you across the river. Watch a man pull a headless deer across the river. Play cards and drink a double brandy hot chocolate with marshmallows.

Once the others arrived home we sat down for dinner, which smelt delicious. Roast chicken with all the trimmings yummy! For some reason I copied Lauren as I didn't know what to drink and ordered a bottle of red. I lost my getting drunk on red wine virginity. Between the girls we managed to drink about 8 or more bottles. A great night of truth or dare, licking mayo off Stephs face, inventing extreme Jenga, drinking card games and watching the drivers get as drunk as us!

Walking up the hill to the bus was the hardest thing ever. Neil and I had to stop for regular rests.
