Hey! It's been a while so thought I really should update this!!

Well, Suba diving was excellent! I passed, of course! :-) I was worried on day two cos I woke up with a cold but it was only a little one so equalising my ears wasn't a problem (for those of you who know what I mean!!). We saw a few little fish, though nothing of much note really as you will see when I eventually get my pics up on Facebook!

I then had a day just lazing by the pool, working on my tan! Which was nice!

Then I spent 2 days and 2 nights living on board the Broomstick, a sailing ship, in the Whitsundays. We stopped at a few places, North Whitehaven Beach, Tongue Point Walk etc and did some snorkelling. Mostly it was about sailing from A-B though. I was meant to go Scuba diving there too but my cold was quite severe and I only managed to get a metre or two down before struggling :-( Snorkelling was great though and I got a few nice pics! Over the course of the trip I saw a couple of turtles, a few baby reef sharks and a line of Calamari!!! I have no problem with people eating Calamari now (not that I ever did) because they are terrifying creatures!!! Lol!

After we got back to land I had a day of, basically, trying to get over my cold followed by the evening after-party (after the sailing that is!) which was really nice to see that almost everyone from the boat came out to say goodbye!

Now I'm back in Cairns. I had one horrid night in the Nomads Serpent Hostel but now I'm in a lovely little place called Castaways... I forked out for a Single room so as to not annoy people with my coughing and it's so nice to be able to unpack for a few days instead of living out of my suitcase!!

I'll try and update again before I leave Cairns as I'm doing quite a lot in the next 3 days!
