So, I've been here a day!

I arrived safely, if smelly after 36ish hours of travelling!

It was 28C yesterday with a nice cool breeze so it felt lovely! I didn't do much, just got settled into my room and got aquainted with the area.

My roommates are lovely and we went to tea together last night which was great to have someone show me the ropes!

Today Kate (roommate) and I are off to Port Douglas, a beach north of Cairns, so there probably wont be a great deal to report tomorrow so I'll update again in a few days, probably when I'm in Airlie Beach for my scuba diving!!! :D
