Hello!!

Sorry its been a while, we have been busy.
When in phi phi we did a snorkelling boat trip around the island and to maya beach, where 'the beach' was filmed and we bumped into someone we know from back home which was cool so we spent the next few days together which was nice as alex had a guy to chat 2 and i had a girl to chat 2. we chilled out on a beach and had dinner together. and i held a monkey! pics will follow!
headed cross country after we left phi phi to surat thani where we got the ferry to koh samui where we spent 2 nights in our beach cabin where we were practicalyy the only 1s there. very nice. plus there was a little bar at the end of the beach we went in the evenings to have a drink and watch the lightening.
we then got the ferry on to koh tao where we spent 4 nights in nice accomodation, it had its own bathroom with hot water! a tv and a fridge! very nice. the tv had english film channels which helped! this came as part of our package as we learned how to scuba dive!! we are both now open water qualified to a depth of 18m. it was amazing. weird to start with but an incredible feeling. each dive was 45 mins and we did 4. alex cannot wait to get back in the water! on the last day they videoed us which was cool but they wanted B2500 which is 50 quid! neadless to say that was way to much for us!

unfortunatly we had to leave koh tao and we got the ferry to chumporm then a bus up to bangkok. we are now here and it is hot and busy again. cant really wait to leave! spent the day today going around the grand palace in the boiling hot which was good as it was very impresive but just so hot and no shade, plus we had to be in trousers and shoulders covered which didnt help!! experienced our 1st tuk tuk ride, felt like we were going to die on numerous occasions! i dont think there are any road rules here. looked round the market on our street 2nite.
got another day here 2moro(thurs) then on fiday we head to cambodia!!
