Hello everyone, Well its been a busy couple of months for me and Kate. It was great to come back from our trip and have a little bit of normality. However this was short lived as Kate tried to get a job and we went down state to the Detroit area what felt like every week. Kate had several interviews and followed up all her leads and contacts, taking her as far a field as Washington DC! We caught up with friends and family and had a couple of day trips to places where we had wanted to go. We headed to up to Mackinac Island and down to Wyandotte for the art fair. We helped Greg (Kates brother) move apartments and visited several other family friends new homes which they had bought/moved into since we were last in Michigan. Kate's parents had recently moved into their new house and as we were living with them we were recruited to do little jobs around the house. These involved picking up rocks to putting up a flag pole, it wasnt too bad though as i got to drive the tractor and it helped get us outdoor and keep active. Kate went for an interview last week in DC so at the moment we are waiting to here how that went and we are also trying to organise ourselves so we are ready when an eventual job and move happan.
