First leg of the journey started off with a bit of scare. We were all packed and ready to go early, but it wasn't until I got to the airport I realised I had forgotten my bag with my wallet and camera etc in it! Luckily simon was able to drive back and get it for me just in time. Yes I was that person that's called over the loud speaker, 'were just waiting for one more person'. How embarrassing. I think it must have been way too early for my brain to function.
Hopefully that is a big warning to make sure it doesn't happen again for the rest of my trip!
My bag checked in at 10kilos, not too bad for 2 months worth of traveling! Much better then Erins efforts anyway who's still weighed in the heaviest after culling a heap of clothes 20 times haha.
Just chilling out in the Goldcoast at the moment doing last minute preparations until the big trip to KL tomorrow (such as waxing henrys jungle of back hair). Then we've got another early morning flight in the morning!! : )
