Today I am moving camps, heading from Mkuze to Tembe, which is north of where I am now, and closer to the Swaziland and Mozambique borders.
I think the focus will be wilddogs, and elephants....but I will find out for sure when I get there.

Just caught up on all of your blog entries (have been a bit delinquent reading them) and it all sounds amazing!! Except for the ticks, catekillers and scorpions...you are a braver lady than me!
BTW - trousers tucked into socks featured in Vogue this month so you're clearly a trend setter!! Look forward to the next post x

Hi Kate!! I have been thinking about you for a while wondering how your african adventure is going..and finally got around to catching up on your travels on the blog. So pleased to read youre having such a great time - several times you had me laughing! Hope all my hints & tips from my china adventure are helping although I certainly didnt have all the poisonous animals to deal with that you seem to attract. Hopefully you are using the abundance of alcohol gel and dettol wipes on all of those insects that invade your personal space!! Safe travels and have a happy christmas. Keep it real - African style!! L x

Luke my dear, you have NO idea how much you have enhanced my travels, and the world of many around me. Together we have "Fabreezed" so many places, and "a wet-wipe for every occasion??" is now a common phrase/question xK
Kate
Hi Mohan - to answer to your question - I think sitting in the back of the truck with 4 lions for 2.5 hours qualifies as wild cat action. I have posted photos, and will add the blog info soon
