Met Eric "KwokWingHei" and Brian "Brain" at Kowloon Elements before boarding the shuttle bus to SZ airport. Brian has like no luggage! Crazy dude haha
They still use buses to take passengers to the plane and ppl have to walk up the stairs to board. Flight was delayed by one hour.
Arrived at KM and we were ard the baggage belt, I swear I saw my backpack came out of the exit but I thought I'll collect it when its nearer to me. BUT IT NEVER CAME. My bag was lost/ stolen!!!! I swear I saw it and then 5 mins later it was gone... I didn't know what to do, lucky I had the guys with me who had better mandarin communication skills and could speak with the airport staff and the police >___
It was like the worst feeling, and the fact is there's such a big turnover in ppl coming in and out of the airport it was kinda impossible to locate it...
We had no choice but to leave the fate of my bag to the airport staff and the police (neither were that helpful really).
Checked in at 豪頓酒店 and went out for lunch afterwards. Went to this random place for 過橋米線 - which was pretty much all these different ingredients in different plates + noodles + boiling soup. How you eat it is you just chuck everything into the boiling soup to "cook". It tasted pretty good. Also had 牛肉串燒 which tasted like chicken lol
Brian did some research with restaurant staff and decided it was a bit too late to go to the originally planned destination - 石林. So we went to 大觀樓 instead, quite a nice place with 亭樓,柳樹, and views of 滇池. Spent the whole afternoon there taking photos and walking ard. Deep down I was still sad for the loss of my bag, but all I could do was to fake and put up a fake smile.
After a 45 mins hectic search for a taxi (running ard in the middle of busy roads), we arrived at Walmart where I managed to buy necessities - including a few bras and undies etc. But they didn't have any winter clothes or jackets. I was feeling kinda worried and sad, sigh...
Had dinner and went back to the hotel and MY BACKPACK WAS THERE WAITING FOR ME!!! Somehow the airport staff/ police helped me locate it and sent it back to the hotel!! Yayyyyy omg thank you so much God! 
Now I'll need to repack my stuff coz I have my Walmart shopping to stuff into my bag too. Hopefully this tragedy wont happen again during our flight to Lijiang tmr!!!
