Hello!

We have now moved on to Berlin as Hamburg only acted as a stop off point between amsterdam and berlin!

We were intially worried about finding this hostel due to our directions consisting of "3 minutes walk from station". HOWEVER, due to our newly enhanced intuition (luck) and ability to work metros and subways (actually we can)we found it with no trouble! (bow...applause from crowd...roses being thrown...KEEP YOUR KNICKERS!...encore called for...actually we need clean knickers...got any socks as well?...)

We had a bit of a potter around berlin, managed to find the main shopping street which was depressing due to our 18 pound a day budget! we did find a church that had been bombed a bit which is all very dramatic what with the bullet holes and so on!

We will seek out the sights tomorrow so will have some real news to report!
