We are not actually in Mackay, or ever been ther, but the computer wouldn't let me pick Airlie Beach or The Whitsundays which is where we are!

Today we woke up on our rocky bed in the boat to find Sarah had been eaten alive on her arm by bed bugs! lovely!! We then had brekkie and went on the deck as soon as the boat started moving as it made all us of feel rather seasick!

Then we sat on deck for a while before ancoring off an island to go snorkling. We saw a few jelly fish so were very glad of our stinger suits! Saw some massive bat fish from the boat but we didn't see much snorkling as the water was quite murky and there wasn't much coral but was still cool. We then got back on the boat as the water was freezing!

We sat back on deck for a while then it started to rain so we sat below deck until lunch. After lunch sat back out before packing our bags up and coming back into Airlie Beach. As soon as we got there the weather turned into torrential rain and I think we were all happy to be back on land after 3 days! We swam back to our hostle 'The Beaches' where we showered and spent 2 hours doing laundry as there was only one dryer and because of the bed bug problems on the boats everyone was washing the stuff they brought to the Whitsundays!

We were meant to be going to an afterparty to our boat trip but because it was torrentially raining and we were so shattered after the week, we just watch tv in Nick and James' room before having a really early night.
