After a awesome few days in Kuala Lumpur were we checked out the Petronas Towers and sampled some of the best and also cheapest street food! We also took a day trip down to a town called Melaka with two people we met in the hostel Trevor and Sim Sim.

Melaka was a real nice place with plenty of old ruins and a kind of European feel to it. We wandered about all day checking out the sights then had a mess about in the playground on the climbing frame haha!

In the night we went for a massive curry which cost £2 each and watch Liverpool get taught a lesson by Chelsea haha!

The next day we were up early to catch the bus on a 4 and a half hour trip up to a town called Tanah Rata which is in walking distance of the Cameron Highlands. The first day we just chilled out and had a mill around the town, but the second day was a bit more extreme!!! We got up had a bit of breakfast then headed out, purchasing a map of all the hikes you can do, we completed a easy walk first in the morning then had a little curry for lunch before going on to walk 9 which took us past Robinson waterfall, then through a jungle for another hour and a half, it was great in my opinion Bec hated it haha only 'cos there were loads of bugs haha! Both of us were slipping and falling fighting are way through this mad jungle overlooking the tea plantations it was great!

After completing the walk we were on the other side of town so had a good 9 k to walk back via the main road, after about an hour maybe more both of us shattered some kind dude in his motor asked us do we want a lift into town! He drove us all the way into town, if not we'd have been walking in the dark....only problem with him is that he was a Kopite but I'll forgive him this time haha!

Today were having a lazy - ish day maybe doing a easier walk this afternoon as our legs are like jelly haha!
