We arrive at Whitfield, Victoria. Set up our camper then head over to the next town Cheshunt to meet up with one of Steve's brothers, David. We then took a drive up to Powers Lookout. It is up a very steep hill and the drive was a bit nerve wrecknig with the steep drops again but the view from the lookout was well worth it. You could see for miles...
The reason for the name Powers Lookout is apparently due to that a bushranger named Harry Power would run up there to lookout for the police after he was on the run for a crime. He is also known to have trained Ned Kelly in the art of bushranging and crime.
From there we headed back to the camper for a couple of beers, then took a walk to the local pub for some dinner and more drinking with the locals.
