We have now crossed over the state border and arrive at our first Campsite of the trip in Bright, Victoria.

Bright is based at the foot of some of the Snowy Mountains. Once we set up the camper, we took a drive to Mt Hotham. We started the steep incline up the mountain. The views were breathtaking albeit a bit scary with the vast drops! The temperature was dropping and the roads getting icier. It got to a point that I was starting to get panicky so I got Steve to turn around and go back down. That was bad enough as well. It reminds me how much I hate heights .

Back at the campsite we had a BBQ and then got hot water bottles and about 3 duvets on my bed. We were in for a cold night!
