Hello All

This is about the umpteenth time I have tried to add a Blog to this site - will it work here?!!

Am in Trivandrum in Kerala, Southern India after a few days in Mumbai. Curtrently in perhaps the stickiest hottest internet 'cafe' ever. though i suspect there's more to come...

I liked mumbai more than I thought I would. We stayed in the Fort region which is away from the main tourist area - less hassle. Went to see a Rom Com Bollywood style. Saw Gateway of India and went to Gandhi's old house. Good to ctach up with an old GCSE history hero.

Flew down to Trivandrum day before yesterday (was that Monday? Losing track already...). Like it here - roads busy. Rickshaws are back (they're not allowed in Mumbai centre) and with the added excitement of hills to whizz down - yikes! There's a fab market (hopefully download some pictures).

Went on an excursion yesterday to the southern most tip of India - didn't like it much - we thought it was going to have more atmosphere,

Hoping to head up to a hill station tomorrow, if we can work out where to catch the bus from!
