Another Life
As soon as I was up and dressed, and a baguette forced down my neck, Lois, Nacho, Clare, Lydia, Kirsty, Hayley and I all arranged to go to the Tat Kuang Si waterfall, approximately 30km out of town. We travelled tuk-tuk style. When we arrive I couldn't help but stare at it: the turquoise blue water, the light cascading through the trees, and the naturally sculptured rock everywhere brushed with green. It was a jewel. And further down the falls you could swim in pools or sit in jacuzzi shaped rocks that had formed over time with errosion; f*cking lush.
We met a load of other travellers up there and spent most of the day swimming, chatting, and smoking joints. That was until the monsoon started, and then we decided to flee.
Evening consisted of a s*** meal, s*** football and getting lost.
