Koh Phanagn is a party island. The beach we were on, Hat Rin was seemingly created for the sole use of drunk, western tourists. Phnom Pehn. Not too impressive really. After getting ripped off at the border and spending a night in a rubbish boring border town, first impressions of Cambodia weren't great. Hello! Our last day in Bangkok... After lazing about it our nice air-conditioned room until we had to check out at 12.
