I arrived in Hanoi, Vietnam yesterday, and I have to say I am amazed. Hanoi is unbelievable. I am so impressed by how nice the city is, how nice the Vietnamese people are, and just how much I like Hanoi so far. Hanoi is far more modern and nice than I was expecting. There is so much atmosphere and energy here. There are thousands of scooters that clog the streets, with the occasional Lexus or BMW. It all seems like chaos, but it somehow works. I arrived in Hong Kong last night. I have the smallest hotel room ever, but I guess that is HK. The bathroom is shared and also tiny. You actually shower standing up, pretty much right over the toilet. It's clean though, so I can't complain too much. I will try to book my travel to Vietnam today and do a little sightseeing with my friend Ankee. Will try to post more later. Hope everyone is well back home.
