Ireland is still devided. While we were in.Ireland, the currency is the euro. Now in northern Irleland, it's the pound. While in the walled city of Derry, we learned a lot about the siege in the 1600's which was basically over religion. Yesterday we arrived in Portstewart which is were the week long motorcycle race is taking place. Today is just some practice races so we will travel over to Cushendal to see some tourist sights. While in Portstewart yesterday, we met a man whose garden (translated to front yard) is right on the street where the race is running. He invited us to watch the race from his garden. People here are so friendly and very interested in hearing about the US. They ask about Trump! I hope this posts.
