We have been driving for most of the day and are now at Walpole on the south coast. We had to detour because the South West Highway was closed because of the fires. So we actually doubled back on ourselves and our car has a very small petrol tank so we have to make sure we keep filling up! There was a stiff breeze today and it was much cooler. In fact I wore cropped trousers and not shorts!! We drove west from Busselton to the furthest point of Geographe Bay where there is Cape Naturaliste lighthouse . We decided to have the tour as we didn't do this last time.
