Guess what I did this morning - a SKYDIVE!!!!!

Got picked up from the hostel at 7.30 this morning and thought I was going to puke all the way to the skydive office. Once there I signed my life away and seriously started thinking that I should have made a will!

I got strapped into my harness by the instructor Dan who I would be jumping with. I also had my own camera man (well, i'm only doing this once so I wanted it recorded!) Set off in the smallest plane I have ever seen and the sickness eased off - I was actually more worried about what I looked like in the hideous goggles I had to wear!

Got to 14,000ft and I was first out. Didn't really know what to think whilst I was hanging out of the plane but I didn't have time to think. We were out. The feeling was incredible. It was so noisy with the wind whizzing past my ears (which were flapping slightly!) 1 min of freefalling which felt like a lifetime and then the parachute opened. We sailed down onto the beach where I landed with a bump. Legs and hands were shaking but I was so happy that I'd done it and actually quite proud that I'd been so crazy and brave!

Will be adding the DVD and the photos once they get delivered later today.

Not sure what to do for the rest of the day now. How do I top that?!

White water rafting tomorrow - yeah!!!
