Had a very busy few days since i last wrote, absolutely knackered! Monday was quite a cloudy day so we postponed our table mountain trip and decided to have a day at the Waterfront, a relatively new complex with shops and restaurants etc. We had a good lunch at a jazz cafe (no jazz players alas) and then went to the 2 oceans aquarium and spent about an hour just staring at the penguins cos they're so cute! So after an unexpected delay and 8 days of waiting at home, I'm finally in south africa. I'm staying with a girl called Vicky in an apartment not far from both the town centre and table mountain. So far there are 5 of us doing the same project - us 2 and 3 boys who live together in a house not far from us. Every night we go to theirs and have a meal together with our 2 project leaders.
