Just a quick update about my new adventure! Having a wicked time at the moment have hired a road runner campervan (renamed Trisha) with a guy I met in Oz and we are having such a laugh. Met up in Christchurch which was really fun and we stayed there for a night and the following afternoon drinking red wine, eating sushi and winning various free prizes from an Irish bar! Then got the van and hit the open road!!! Haven't laughed so much in ages and have been blown away by the scenery I just love it here. Had a night in Kaikora and it was so beautiful. Went to the seal colony and went whale watching, saw 5 humpbacks and there were dolphins swimming alongside the boat!! Spent the night camped at the beach and it was nice nice waking up by the sea! Been eating loads of great fish including yummy crayfish. Made our way up to Picton as I am off to Wellington for the jazz festival for the night while Jim is having a fishing trip then we are back on the road again tomorrow!!!!! xx
