Hi everyone!!! Sorry I have been completely useless these past few weeks but I'm back and will keep you all updated from now on!! Am back in Sydney again after returning to Airlie Beach briefly to visit a friend. Had a great time sailing and just chilling out and eating loads! Off to Melbourne at the end of the week and I can't wait as I have heard so much about it and have a few people I am meeting up with which should be really good.

Today I went to the Blue Mountains and it was great! We went to a wildlife sanctuary which was ok but I am a bit kangaroo'd out! but spent a lot of time looking at the little penguins and saw a very sleepy Tazmanian devil which was very cool. Visited several pretty waterfalls and the views were spectacular. Apparently the mountains are blue (well they were a bit grey actually) because of the Eucalyptas leaves forming a mist in the sky or something like that I was sleeping on the bus and missed the most crucial piece of information of the day! We then went on a cableway and a skyway through the karoomba valley and a went on the worlds steepest railway which was WICKED fun as they were playing Indiana Jones as we went down and it was was so steep - could have gone faster and needed some water to splash in at the bottom but great fun all the same. Am going out with the bus driver tonight! and another person who I met on the coach which should be interesting! Have been trying to book a surf school before I leave Sydney but it is proving difficult as it is very popular and booked out. OK I'm off to get ready will write more soon xxxx
