Hi again! Well I am really enjoying Sydney although it is weird being here without Dave. Yesterday I did the bridge climb which was very cool but not as scary or death defying as I would have hoped!! They kit you out in a very stylish jump suit and headset which I think I pulled off. I was in a group with several 60+ year olds so that immediately made me realise that it would be a gentle walk and not a hard core climb to the top! The cool parts were climbing up the first few ladders over the traffic whizzing past on the bridge and seeing pedestrians really far below. The walk to the top was really gradual and you don't feel up high at all which is crazy as we were pretty high! The views were absolutely stunning and it was weird when you stop and think that you are on top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge!! Had a really nice evening with a friend at the Opera Bar which had great live music and lovely views of the bridge and opera house at night. I have taken so many photos of them from every angle possible I need to stop but it gets addictive trying to get that perfect shot! Today I went to Manly Beach which was really crowded but managed to find a quieter spot to sunbathe. Manly is really nice and it was fun getting the ferry across with really great views of the city and harbour. I then went to the Botanical Gardens (mum and dad you would love them) which were huge and so lovely. Planning on just chilling out for the next couple of days before I head to Melbourne, it's a hard life being a traveller! Big kisses xx
