A leisurely morning - a swim and breakfast- followed by a walk around the town led by Anders. It was a lovely end to the trip.
At 1230 a taxi took us to the station so we could catch our train to Stockholm - only one change at Borlange. The trip took @ 3 hours and was relatively easy. When we arrived at the airport and alighted into the terminal we had a mega walk from terminal 4 where we arrived to terminal 2 where we were leaving from.
We headed to the lounge, taking Lisa with us, and had a snack before boarding our flight. That was easy - we then had to sit in the plane for an hour or so and wait for a slot - a major storm with high winds had disrupted Heathrow flights. When we finally did land at Heathrow it was a little hairy and rather rocky - we were just under an hour late which was lucky as I had arranged for the car picking us up to arrive an hour later than the planned arrival time - so we were now spot on for timing, we quickly met our driver and were whisked home!
