Day 8: We left Hadrian's Wall at 0730 and passed into Scotland at 0910am; we headed north over the rolling hillsides full of sheep and cattle to Peebles; the climbs were slow & steady with long sweeping downhills - nicer than the really sharp ones in England. Severe neck ache!
