Today started with a 0600am 30 minute dip in the freshwater pool. Refreshed I went back to the cabin, showered and we went to breakfast - being out for that half an hour makes for matrimonial harmony as John can have the bathroom to himself for 30 minutes! Yes,my day predictably started with a 70 length or 30 minute swim in the pool - particularly important as today was a travelling day with at least 4 hours in the bus as we headed to the hot and humid Pacific South West rainforest.
