I think this is my all time favorite vacation photo yet! Yes the dog is alive! He Is just sun bathing like any normal vacationer would be doing. When I went to take the photo of the dog, he lazily lifted his head, looked at me in annoyance that I dare bother his nap, and then once he said his piece he plopped his head down, I snapped the photo.
One thing that surprised me about Greece is the plethora of stray dogs that are all over the place. The dogs are no where emaciated as those you see in the third world countries. However these dogs have a place in Greece. They have a place all over the place. Every where you look there are dogs.
Today during my dressage competition (Hugo) the horse I am riding interpreted the trot and decided to canter 75-80% of my test! Fun right? Yeah! Wahoo? Tom my coach asked me if this was the first time I had cantered. My response yes the first time by mistake ! I came in 6th place tried my best. All that counts.
