First thing in the morning we hired bikes and rode to Tonle Sap lake, it took about an hour and a half and we stopped on the way to buy a boat trip ticket. The last part of the bike ride was along a very dusty bumpy road and Elise fell off and cut her leg. When we got to the lake we realised what a waste of money the boat trip was! The lake was brown and full of rubbish, and there were no nice views to look at! Part of the boat trip was a visit to a 'crocodile and freshwater fish farm'', which turned out to be a few tanks half filled with dirty water full of fish and turtles which have been subjected to a life of misery so that tourists have something to look at!! There was also a pit which was full of about 20 crocodiles, probably equally unhappy! We rode back to Siem reap and right next to the hire shop elise was knocked off her bike (again) by a motorbike! Fortuantly only cuts and grazes, nothing that a rum cocktail couldnt make better!
