We verblijven in totaal 4 nachten op de workmens beach camground, een geweldige plek om te verblijven. Bijna geen voorzieningen, rustig, vriendelijke mensen en het strand op 5 minuten loopafstand, helemaal ons soort camping. Vanuit de Town of 1770 gaan we met een boot naar Lady Musgrave in het zuidelijke gedeelte van de Great Barrier Reef. 's Morgens gaan we duiken aan de buitenrand van het reef, 's middags gaan we snorkelen en varen mee met de glassbottomboat. Tijdens het duiken zagen we een enorme school vissen. Verder hebben we nog een eagle ray, schildpadden en heel veel vissen gezien. In eerste instantie wilden we niet een cruise boeken, maar achteraf zijn we blij met de keuze. Een leuke dag, alles staat in het teken van het vermaken van de gasten en het eten is goed.

We stay at workmens beach campground for a total of 4 nights. It is a wonderfull place to stay, there are hardly any services (there is a bbq, water and toilets), quiet, people are friendly and the beach is a 5 minute walk. Out there in the ocean is the southern part of the Great Barrier Reef, another reason why we are here. We book a cruise to Lady Musgrave, an island with a reef. The boat leaves in the morning from the Town of 1770. In the morning we dive along the othside of the reef, and in the afternoon we go snorkling an take a ride on the glassbottomboat. During the dive we saw an enourmus school of fish. We also saw an eagle ray, turtles and lots of fish. This cruise wasn't our first choice, but we are happy that we did it. It was a very nice day, people made sure we stayed entertaint and the food was good.
