Heading to port douglas from daintree was another spectacular drive through the rainforest and over the ferry again. Along the way we saw Daintree ice cream factory in the middle of the rainforest! We got up early to get to the docks to get on the ship. We had a bag from the company to stuff all our clothes and cameras in but were alowed an extra bag for beers or soft drinks that we bought with us. The ship is beautiful. It's a small ish tall ship able to fit 20-30 people on board with 3 crew - the deckhand, captain and cook.
