Hey everyone!

I've had the most amazing 2 weeks in Sydney! I've been looked after by Michael and Mitch, the leaders of a company called OzIntro who organise people's visa and stuff and then look after everyone for their first week. I've met some wicked people who were doing OzIntro too and I'm travelling with most of them up the coast!

Anyway.. this week I've been a big raving tourist and I've loved every minute of it! We started off by walking around the botanical gardens then going on a yacht around Sydney harbour and seeing the opera house and Sydney harbour bridge. We all bonded that night by playing drinking games and going to a cool bar right on the beach and dancing the night away!

On tuesday we went to a deserted beach and were taught to surf by the craziest person I have ever met! It was good fun but I'm pretty rubbish. Me and most of the other girls used our surfboards to lie on and sunbathe instead!

I've been to Manly and Bondi beaches which are really nice. We played volley ball and we just bought a bat and ball so we can play rounders when we get bored of sunbathing! Aaaah its such an easy life! Is everyone having fun at home working?!

We went to Blue Mountains aswell which is very picturesque. We walked down 1,200 steps and then took a very steep train back up to the top which was SO fun!! On my last night with the OzIntro crew we all went for a meal up Sydney tower which revolves so you can see the whole of Sydney while you eat! They were serving food like kangaroo which is disgusting, it tasted of mud. The food wasn't good but the view was amazing.

A lot of us stayed on at Surfside backpackers after our week had ended and did some more touristy stuff. 4 of us went to the aquarium which was good but then we went on a jetboat around sydney harbour which was AMAZING!! I loved it, we got soaked!!! For the rest of this week me and some other girls have just been chillin at either coogee or manly, its been great!

The pubs are cool in coogee (all 2 of them) so much fun has been had in them! I'm leaving tomorrow for Byron bay, I'm a bit sad to be going and leaving all my lovely new friends but Byron bay is going to be awesome!! I can't wait!
