Hi all Now in Cairns, in Queensland. Main purpose being to dive the Great Barrier Reef! Can't wait. Sod's Law would have it that I've got a bit of a cold and it aint good to dive with a cold so I have to wait for a few days. Still, according to the Lying Planet, there is plenty to do here. Bit of a backpacker mecca and party town, and according to the LP, if you can't get lucky here you may as well give up!! But I'm a good girl, honest Mum. I'm itching like crazy! Have avoided it to date, but reckon my bed last night was infested with bed bugs! Woke up with loads of bites so had a shower and changed hostels. Going to pharmacy now...
