Well, here I am in sunny Sydney! It's great to get some SUN! Staying with my friends Karen (aka Thompy) and Richard who are getting married Apr 18th. They have given me orders to relax and spread out at their house! They've got a great house and I have my own room and own 5-star bathroom and it's great leaving my toothbrush there. Bliss. Bit of an up-and-down flight on the way over here. Sat next to a sweet young girl from Tahiti (French Polynesia). As I've forgotten all my French, we had to speak in Spanish. I was wondering why she didn't have anything to eat when the meals were handed round. I was soon to find out! As we were coming into land in Sydney the plane suddenly pulled upwards and the pilot obviously had second thoughts. And the plane wasn't the only thing ascending...so were the contents of the stomach of aforementioned girl. I advised her to put here head between her knees (grabbed her hair and directed projectiles in opposite direction). When she came up for air she looked very green but gave me a sweet smile (or was it a grimace?). Apparently air traffic control decided at the last minute it was too close to call as too many other planes around. Glad to see they enjoy themselves playing chicken with the blobs on their screens! Well, just caught the train into Sydney and it's great weather so I'm b*****ed (they love that word down here!) if I'm staying in this internet caf all day.... Bye Love to all Jo xxx
