Ok we have arrived in The south of Vietnam. We just got dropped off in the middle of a mental street, everyone was hasseling us saying come and stay at their guesthouse. First thing we did was drop off the bags in a travel agents just so we could walk around without looking like new blood!we followed one women to her "guesthouse" we had to walk down about 3 alleyways then up 4 flights of stairs and when we finally arrive its a wardrobe with a bed in it!...

We werent planning on coming here but we didnt fancy going straight down to Ho chi minh (Saigon)the bus was meant to take 5 hours but it took 7 and when we got there it was just like any other town not alot to do there, as you can see from the non exsistent photos!we decided on staying the one night then get the bus thwe next day. we were told it takes about 8 hours from dalat, great! kris really wanted to get a cheap flight and she almost sold me on the ide...

Ok we are now in Nha Trang the vietnam main beach and diving resort.we have got a really nice room for $6 a night its well goodthe beach is really nice and also realy empty first thing i did was steam straight in so now i have swam in the south china sea!I booked myself on a dive the next day it costs about 20 quid for 2 dives plus full equipment hire so its well cheap. Ive also heard some really good things about diving here so i was quite looking forward to it....

OK we made it to our destination.Sit back and relax as i tell you the fun we had on our 18 hour bus ride!We were meant to be picked up in Hanoi at 6.30pm but this is Vietnam so it was 45 minutes late. We got to the bus and thank god it looks nice and has a toilet. so the engine starts and then... nothing we are just sitting there. The bus didnt leave for another 2 hours! it just waited to see if any other bus companies were full and they could get more people on....

Ok im Nam now. 1 quid equals 38.000 dong!! its really confusing i bought a sandwich today and she asked me for 55000 dong! i got money out from the atm and im a Millionaire. Also everyones trying to rip you off. Either they want you to pay in Us dollars or they give you a strange conversion rate.On our way into town we see french colonial houses with shutters on the windows which wouldnt look out of place in the South of France next to little shacks. we also see ...
