Hey all!

Just found a little time to come on here as it is raining outside!

Hoi An:

We decided to have a relaxing few days here as there was a nearby beach. We spent one of our days on the beach. It was a beautiful beach with white sand and huge waves! We hired some sun loungers on the beach but spent most of the time in the sea. Was great to go swimming!

Hoi An is known for its many tailor shops so many people get clothes made for them at a cheaper price than at home. We met a girl who was getting her wedding dress made here! Jonny decided to get some silk pyjamas made!! But wait for it... one leg blue, one leg yellow and a white shirt for Leeds!! The ladies in the shops all seemed somewhat puzzled by the elaborate design! He even got the silk shirt embroidered with LUFC! He thinks they are ace! Needless to say, the lady in the shop was in hysterics when she saw them on him! They are pretty good, although I wonder if he will wear them with such pride after they lost this weekend!!

Me, being a girl, really wasn't sure what i wanted. After a lot deliberation I decided to get a dress made of chinese silk but in a more modren style. I took a while to choose a material, but settled on a blue and gold one with a dragon pattern. I love it!! We will upload the pics soon!

We also took a trip down the river on a small wooden boat which was nice and on another day we went to Nam Kim Island, which is reputed for its wood carving shops. Unfortunately, on the day we went it was raining so we didn't see much of the island. Although, we were disappointed to find that there were only 3 of these much reputed wood shops!

We are in Nha Trang at the moment and then heading to Ho Chi Minh City tomorrow.
