It felt like half our journey to KL was stuck in the traffic as we finally reached the bus station. After a few hours of freezing air-conditioning the midday sun really hit me and soon felt quite uncomfortable! I actually looked like a swimming pool. It feels like the further away from the equator we go the hotter it feels! strange!

We found a very charming place to stay called 'travellers palm lodge' and the owner has to be the nicest lady of all Malaysia! After a few local beers and some dinner tarry and I returned to the lodge and sat in the garden playing cards with some other travellers from Hawaii till the early hours.

Looking forward to exploring the city tomorrow.....
