You will have a marvellous time - we did! Tracks 4 Africa was amazingly good. Watch your stomach in Egypt and have plenty of antibiotics ready. Wish we could join you and do it all again. We'll just have to be satisfied with our trip through the centre to Darwin.
And hello to Marina Day who also contacted us via our blog. What a small world it really is.

Hi congrats on your blog so far. My husband and I are leaving Cape Town on 31 October on our Cape to Cairo and beyond. We also plan to take the ferry to Sicily from Tunisia. REason for writing is that maybe if we happen to be in the same country we would catch up and share experiences. Or if our dates coincide, even travel in convoy for added security, specifically the Northern Kenya border and/or Sudan? Good luck and enjoy the trip. We cannot wait for the 31 October. Regards Marina and John

I have one question before you even start...
How did that bloke get out the Cruiser and container?
Thanks for all the Fraser Is tips - will keep you posted.
Green with envy - Ack xo

You're right... there isn't much room!!!! Will you be there when it is opened?
Great idea with the blog. Will be watching all of your travels.
Thank you for my birthday message. I had sach a great day. Went skiing with everyone in the morning, then a beautiful dinner and a bit of dancing after that :)
Wish you both all the best with your adventure and hopefully we may even get to meet in Europe. Lots of love Penny x
