Hey people, just arrived in sunny Sydney!! We've had a great three days on the Oz Experience trip here meeting lots of people and stopping at some great places on the way.

Started out in Melbourne and drove south to the most southern point on the Australian mainland Wilson's Prom National Park stopping on the way to see some kangaroos. At Wilson's prom we had lunch sat on a massive granite boulder on the beach. There was a good bunch of people from all over the world on our bus so it was good fun. We then drove to Lakes Entrance and stayed overnight in a hostel. We booked our own room as we were still pretty rough and I have a nasty cough so didn't want to risk keeping everyone up at night.

Had an early start and a great drive throught the snowy mountains yesterday, stopping to take great pictures and even get out and play in the snow!! Would you believe it? It was so cold!! Had a good night last night in a hotel in Jindabyne, played a few games of pool and had a few drinks.

Up early again today and headed for Canberra which for a capital city is pretty quiet, especially on a Saturday! Had lunch there and visited the Australian War Memorial - really interesting to learn about the war from a perspective other than ours. Then headed on from there to Sydney where we are staying in a big hostel right opposite Central Station until Tuesday morning when we head north.

Apologies for the lack of detail and photos this evening. We are pretty tired and off out soon for a last night with the group we travelled here with. Will put pics up tomorrow of our trip as well as Melbourne.
