It's always sad when you have to lose contact with a friend! Maybe you will meet (was it Rachel?) who is off to Vietnam again in the not too distant future!
We can't wait to see whether all the grub and drinks you have ventured to experiment with have altered your outline - don't worry if it has because you can soon get back to normal.
As previously, you report on good visits to scenes you could not have imagined if you just went to Blackpool for a holiday jaunt. And the scams seem to be bit different too, but still related to capitalism!
We wish you a pleasant stay in Hong Kong and a safe journey home.

Good God girl you will have to be rolled off the plane when you come home and be booked in for a detox.
We have had a great time in Tenerife, had to stop your uncle Tony from climbing onto a piano with a pole dancer (you know what he's like after a couple of Vodkas).
Still freezing cold back here in UK, Especially after the warm sunshine we had in Tenerife.
Keep on enjoying yourself and take care.

Cakes, cakes, and more cakes!!
We hope you are doing enough swimming to work off all those calories.
It still seems like you are all enjoying yourselves and that is all that matters really.
Is the alcohol consumption going up with every message you post - are you able to get recognisable tipples, or are they all a bit different from the regular ones we know?
Continue to take care and don't bring too many glasses back to the UK LOL.

Glad to hear that your bout of the trots is over and I'm sure that you will soon make up for the loss of food (and drink!!!).
Yummy Cockroaches and spiders eh, I did tell you that anything with legs goes, the more legs the better.
It was good to hear from you on Skype this morning, it will be good if you can get access to a webcam (beginning to forget what you look like).
Enjoy the rest of your trips and we look forward to seeing you soon.
Lots of love Mum & Dad XX

Hi Jo, hope everything is still going OK for you in Vietnam. Don't forget that everything with legs gets eaten (except the tables and chairs) so be careful what you ask for!!! We are all fine here, doing what we can in the cold and wet, waiting for a bit of warm Sunhine. Bill's birthday tomorrow (Wed) so we will be going for a meal to Houghwood (we wil be thinking of you as we eat the sticky toffee pudding). Keep enjoying yourself and take care.
Miss you loads

Hi Jo,
We've just read your latest write-up and really enjoyed the excitement of the journey (even the isolation).
There seems to be a lot of partying going on with these friends of yours - we hope you are sober when you get back home!!
We are now looking forward to second day of freezing fog; we wonder if we are in line for another of snow as it has been getting cooler each day.
Continue to take care and enjoy each and every event on route!!
