hey guys!!! finally here in Australia!!!

After our final 14 hour bus journey in Thailand to Bangkok ...we spent the day shopping, and got the 9pm flight to Melbourne. Our mate Moe who lives here was kind enough to leave work for a few hours and pick us up ...and then ferry us around numerous hostels looking for decent cheap accommodation! Moe has been a saint today!!!!

Finally... we found a nice friendly hostel (with a bar under!!)  for $15 a night...expensive for us ...yet cheap for Australia so we have to get use to it!!

So far it looks great here, though we are both so surprised how much Melbourne looks like England! so weird!! Melbourne is such a expensive place though...and had shocked us as its such a massive change from Asia! where we use to eat out every day for about one pound!! O well! just going to get some getting use to!!
