On Tuesday morning which was yet another warm day we headed off up the North coast of Cornwall into Devon and into one of its most famous villages, Clovelly. Here the steep cobbled street winds it's way down the almost vertical hillside to its tiny harbour. Unusually this village is privately owned and has been in the same family since 1738 and their policy is to preserve it as much as possible as it would have been in the mid 19th century.
